Philip Simon Cowell or Simon Cowell is the man born Brighton, East Sussex, England, UK, October 7th 1959 is known as a producer of TV programs and Entertainner, through his life's journey from the bottom.
His meeting with Pete Waterman, a DJ and producer, founded the Stock Aitken Waterman him, the company that handles the recording and production services to create the song.
