Biography of Weezer

PERSONAL

Weezer is an alternative rock band from Los Angeles, United States in 1992. Since its establishment, the band has changed its formation 4 times before they finally have a formation remains today is Rivers Cuomo (lead vocals, guitar), Patrick Wilson (drums, guitar, backing vocals), Brian Bell (guitar, backing vocals, keyboards ), and Scott Shriner (bass, backing vocals, keyboards).

Weezer music that carried mostly the result of the influence of the band - the legendary bands such as Nirvana, Oasis, and KISS. However, the band was also admired musical performance brought by Green Day.

CAREER

At its inception, still commanded by Weezer's Rivers Cuomo, Patrick Wilson, Matt Sharp, and Jason Cropper. Together - as they present their first appearance with the band opening for Keanu Reeves owned the Dogstar. Not long after, the road to releasing their first album wide open. Under the banner of Geffen Records recording, entitled Weezer's first album came out in 1994.

But along the way, the band decided to vacuum the year 1997 - 2000 right after they issued their second album is Pinkerton (1996).

In 2001, the band returned to exist by following several tours such as Warped Tour and the Fuji Rock Festival. After collecting 14 new songs, the band released their third album. On this album Weezer Weezer back again using the name for her third album because they wanted fans to remember the band Weezer back.

Recently Weezer recorded the last album issued DEATH TO FALSE METAL 2010. Whereas previously the band has released an album titled HURLEY in the same year.
